About the Role

As a Yardsperson, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient and safe operations in our yard, workshop, and facilities. The role offers variety day-to-day and directly supports our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and load freight from trucks ensuring safety at all times
• Oversee yard supplies and manage stock levels effectively
• Keep laydown areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Assist with general maintenance as well as tasks in the workshop and office
• Carry out stocktaking and maintain precise inventory records

Candidate Profile

We seek a dependable and hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and consistently displays a positive and proactive mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptable and flexible to changing work demands
• Possession of a current forklift license (mandatory)
• Cert III in Supply Chain or Warehousing is preferred
• Valid manual driver’s license
• Ability to follow directions carefully and work safely
