Xceptor Developer

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Xceptor Developer with over four years of experience in developing automation solutions within Investment Banking or Financial Services. This position involves designing and supporting automation and reconciliation processes using the Xceptor platform to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Xceptor-based automation and reconciliation workflows for Investment Banking operations covering reconciliations, data verification, and exception handling.
• Develop and configure components such as Recon rules, Lookups, Message Processors, File Sequencing, Translation Tables, and Intelligent Matching algorithms to handle intricate data operations.
• Lead or actively partake in End-User Computing (EUC) remediation projects to enforce regulatory compliance, facilitate audits, and reduce operational risks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations teams to analyze requirements, assess impacts, and implement business logic through Xceptor solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live phases, and ongoing maintenance including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Manage high-volume data processing, optimizing workflows for performance, scalability, and system robustness.
• Deliver production support with timely root cause investigation and incident resolution adhering to SLA commitments.
• Operate within hybrid automation environments integrating Xceptor with platforms such as Appian, GenAI, and other data systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, configuration management, and version control for all Xceptor implementations.

Eligibility

Candidates holding a B.Tech or B.E. degree, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines, are eligible to apply.
