Workshop Helper/Technician

Position Overview

We are recruiting for the role of Workshop Helper/Technician based in Dubai, operating on an outsourced 12-month contract that may be extended depending on project needs and employee performance. Immediate availability is required. Working hours are standard six days per week.

Primary Duties

• Support technicians and skilled personnel by carrying out assigned duties.
• Arrange, prepare, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for job execution.
• Ensure the workshop area remains clean, orderly, and safe.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials and tools efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance.
• Manage waste disposal and keep track of inventory supplies to prevent shortages.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• A minimum of one to two years’ experience working in technician capacities.
• Familiarity with workshop environments or comparable industrial settings is advantageous.

Additional Information

• The employment type is outsourced with a contract length of 12 months, extendable based on project continuation and performance.
• The salary range offered is between AED 3000 and AED 3500 per month.
• Work is on-site located in Dubai, UAE with a six-day working week.
