About the Company and Role

Alpha Partners LLC is affiliated with Lime, a global frontrunner in micromobility committed to a future of shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation. Lime has facilitated over a billion rides across nearly 30 countries spanning five continents, pioneering sustainable alternatives to car ownership. The company is recruiting a Workplace & Experience Manager for its Real Estate team to oversee the physical space and enhance the experience for employees and visitors at Lime's flagship San Francisco headquarters. Although most employees work remotely, this location remains vital as a centralized hub for executive activities and cross-team collaborations.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Real Estate and requires the selected individual to be onsite during business hours with a commute time under one hour from San Francisco. The role involves managing vendors, creating a corporate hospitality guidebook aligned with brand standards, and supporting the company’s evolution toward a structured and high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute premium hospitality services including executive offsites, partner events, and team summits.
  • Lead project management for global events involving catering, technical setups, space design, and lodging coordination.
  • Create and maintain an "HQ Playbook" detailing corporate facility protocols, visitor reception, and presentation standards.
  • Source and supervise local vendors and caterers to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Oversee the hospitality budget for the site, approving expenses, tracking variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
  • Use badge data and booking statistics to analyze office usage and offer strategic recommendations on space utilization.
  • Adjust workspace configurations to balance needs for focused work, board meetings, and larger collaborative gatherings.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to equip meeting areas with appropriate audiovisual technology supporting hybrid and remote participation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum five years of experience managing corporate offices, premium coworking environments, or boutique hospitality settings.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple vendors and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence, comfortable interacting with senior executives, board members, and external partners.
  • Ability to function as the onsite lead, managing ambiguity and last-minute changes autonomously.

Preferred Background

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating corporate event logistics and large-scale hospitality.
  • Proficiency with workplace collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic troubleshooting for audiovisual and meeting room technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options.
  • Company-sponsored life and disability insurance along with mental health benefits.
  • 401(k) plan offering pre-tax and Roth contributions, plus a Health Savings Account with company contributions.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents and fertility plus family formation support.
  • Unlimited vacation policy, paid leave, and 10 recognized company holidays annually.
  • Unique perks including complimentary Lime vehicle use in select cities, monthly phone stipend, dedicated days for learning and development, and access to perks such as One Medical, Wellhub, and Headspace.

Additional Information

The final base salary will be determined based on the candidate's location, relevant expertise, and skills, with an expected salary range between $118,000 and $125,000 annually. Additional compensation may include discretionary performance bonuses and equity, governed by plan terms. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and accommodating candidates with disabilities or those requiring assistance during the hiring process. The role complies with San Francisco and California Fair Chance hiring laws.
