Role Overview
This position as a Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing the digital HR knowledge platform within Workday. The primary objective is to ensure employees, managers, and HR personnel have easy access to precise and user-friendly self-service information, thereby increasing self-service usage and reducing HR support queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and phase out Workday Help knowledge articles to keep content current and relevant.
- Implement and maintain standards for content governance, review cycles, and quality assurance to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, HRIS, Communications, and Technology teams to create and refine knowledge assets continuously.
- Oversee knowledge categorization, metadata management, tagging, search functionality, and audience targeting to enhance content discoverability.
- Analyze usage metrics, search trends, user feedback, and content success to drive improved self-service uptake and reduce support cases.
- Spot and recommend ways to streamline HR processes via knowledge management, automation, guidance, and digital self-help tools.
- Assist with change management efforts aimed at boosting employee engagement with Workday self-service resources.
- Manage translation and localization for global knowledge content when necessary.
- Align all knowledge articles with HR policies, operational workflows, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Experience in managing and configuring Workday Help platforms.
- A minimum of five years in HR operations, HR technology, knowledge management, digital experience, or HR communications roles.
