Overview

At mika AI, content plays a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a working student, you will join our Growth Team and contribute to producing and publishing content across multiple channels including podcasts, social media, blogs, and videos. You will gain exposure to the full content value chain and take on individual responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble podcast recordings using Riverside and CapCut; create thumbnails and episode descriptions; publish across platforms; cut social media shorts with captions.
• Create graphics and mockups for Instagram and LinkedIn using Figma and Canva; design advertisement graphics for Google, Meta, and Reddit; assist in content planning and brainstorming new ideas.
• Research and write blog posts; maintain and update the podcast website.
• Review and cut raw video materials; assist with product videos and other recordings.
• Develop and maintain presentation slides for various occasions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in studies related to media, communication, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field.
• Some prior experience in content creation through internships, individual projects, or student jobs.
• Strong sense for text, visual language, and social media formats.
• Basic skills in tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Interest in digital products and emerging tools, with initial exposure to AI technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
