Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist based in Jubail, Eastern Saudi Arabia, to join our team without delay. This role focuses on maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory levels are maintained optimally by continuously monitoring stock and updating databases accurately.
• Conduct audits on incoming raw materials verifying compliance with Material Test Certificates and other quality documents.
• Collaborate with procurement to effectively plan and schedule inbound material deliveries.
• Manage shipment tracking for finished products and maintain detailed records for dispatch readiness.
• Oversee regular cycle counts and prepare weekly inventory accuracy reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Previous experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordinating logistics.
• Available to start work immediately.
