- Prepare and label shipments carefully to prevent damage, and load outbound goods securely onto courier or freight vehicles.
- Give priority to emergency orders from key accounts to ensure critical parts are dispatched promptly within required service level agreements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits to maintain near-perfect stock accuracy, and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, to handle heavy earthmoving machine components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following European Environment, Health, and Safety regulations and 5S standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of high school diploma, vocational training, or an equivalent educational background.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on warehouse experience, ideally in fast-paced parts distribution settings such as automotive, construction machinery, or logistics providers.

- Familiarity with RF scanners, barcode systems, and basic Warehouse Management Systems is necessary.
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including heavy lifting within ergonomic limits and sustained standing and movement.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and hit numeric productivity targets consistently.
- Fluency in the local language (German) is mandatory; basic English is advantageous though not compulsory.
- Attributes include punctuality, reliability, strong discipline, safety consciousness, and teamwork.
