About Commercial Cleaning Services
Commercial Cleaning Services (CCS) is a rapidly expanding company dedicated to providing professional cleaning solutions backed by industry-leading training and environmentally sustainable products. Our team plays an essential role in maintaining clean and healthy environments across Ontario, servicing schools, office buildings, retail locations, and more.
Work Schedule
This role requires working 10-hour shifts with an option for a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Thursday during nighttime hours.

Key Duties
- Perform full janitorial tasks such as dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and other surfaces
- Sanitize and disinfect client facilities to ensure safe and healthy spaces
- Manage waste collection and disposal effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms
- Apply advanced cleaning methods to guarantee high-quality results consistently
- Offer excellent customer service tailored to client needs
- Contribute to the company’s mission of building value and cleaning smartly
Candidate Profile
- A strong enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly, positive demeanor
- Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and adapt
- Must undergo a Police Background Check
Physical Demands
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs
- Stand or walk continuously during the full shift
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, pull, carry, and climb stairs as needed
