Warehouse Assistant - 2 Year Contract (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Job Overview

This position offers a 24-month contract opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Tuas, Singapore. The role supports a pioneering manufacturing approach focused on adaptable, multi-product facilities that utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance vaccine production processes.

Key Duties

• Accurately pick materials from warehouse racks efficiently.
• Receive incoming goods and verify documentation carefully.
• Prepare and dispatch outbound shipments correctly.
• Label materials and products following established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage waste handling and disposal adhering to HSE and GMP standards.
• Perform material sanitization according to protocols.
• Operate within cleanroom conditions, complying with gowning and hygiene requirements.
• Safely handle electric lifting equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers.
• Support warehouse operations including inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain precise records of warehouse activities.
• Consistently comply with GMP, HSE, and Sanofi quality guidelines.
• Report any irregularities, damages, or compliance issues to supervisors immediately.
• Keep the work environment orderly and clean.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education level of ITE graduate in any field or 1 to 3 years of related warehousing and logistics experience.
• Basic competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data entry and simple formula use.
• Physical ability for manual handling and lifting heavy items.
• Certification for electric lifting aids operation or willingness to be trained.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with required gowning.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.

Additional Information

Immediate vacancy available. Salary can go up to SGD 2,800 monthly depending on experience. The position requires commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
