Role Overview

We are inviting a motivated individual to join our Regina location as a part-time Warehouse and Inside Sales Team Member. This position suits someone passionate about customer service, sales, and the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the parts counter with professionalism and a focus on service.
• Sell automotive parts, prepare quotes, and provide advice on product options, compatibility, and complementary items.
• Handle transactions accurately through POS systems, including processing cash, debit, credit payments, returns, and warranty claims.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damages, shortages, or inconsistencies, promptly reporting any issues.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and maintaining precise inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, while adhering to all safety and loss prevention protocols.
• Contribute to merchandising and visual displays to enhance product presentation and accessibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store, counter, warehouse, and exterior areas.
• Stay informed on new products, industry developments, and ongoing promotions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior automotive knowledge or background is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with industrial, agricultural, or paint products is beneficial but not required.
• Strong organizational ability with skills to multitask, prioritize duties, and adapt as needed.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a customer-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
