Hotel Br Villa, located in Kanina, Mahendragarh, Haryana, is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Waiter / Steward. This full-time day shift position is open to freshers and aims to deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests through courteous and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting guests and providing prompt and attentive table service.
Accurately taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen team.
Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously.
Preparing and cleaning tables before and after service to maintain a neat dining environment.
Responding to guest requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Upkeeping hygiene and cleanliness standards within the dining area.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Adhering to the hotel's safety, hygiene, and service protocols.

Qualifications and Candidate Requirements

Applicants should be male between the ages of 18 and 40 years.
Minimum educational qualification is 10th grade pass or below.
No English language proficiency is required.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies

Knowledge of waitering and meal service procedures.
Ability to serve meals and beverages efficiently.
Experience with tableside preparation and order taking.
Competence in maintaining cleanliness of tables and work area.
Customer service skills to attend to guests courteously.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
