Role Overview

The Waiter / Steward is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by greeting visitors warmly, providing clean menus, refilling water glasses, and guiding guests to various facilities. Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining areas is also a core part of the job, ensuring swift clearing of tables, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the space for incoming patrons. Additionally, the role involves managing supplies at service stations, such as replenishing napkins, cutlery, trays, and condiments to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Duties

• Welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Provide clean menus and refill water glasses as needed.
• Assist guests in locating amenities.
• Clear used plates and clean table surfaces efficiently.
• Reset tables swiftly to accommodate new guests.
• Maintain station stock with fresh napkins, clean cutlery, trays, and condiments.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in the Delhi-NCR region. The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 18,000 to 25,000 INR.
