Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Uphold the LQA service standards required for the outlet.
  • Review daily reports and hotel updates; promptly acknowledge VIP arrivals to provide tailored service.
  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to shift; communicate early in case of delays.
  • Know all food and beverage menu items in detail, including ingredients and preparation methods, and provide clear information to guests as needed.
  • Offer children's menus appropriately and describe daily specials and alternative cuisine options.
  • Serve and clear food and drinks professionally and discreetly, using trays and proper service ware.
  • Operate the POS system for sales transactions, printing and closing checks, and completing cash-out procedures.
