Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser to be based onsite in Saudi Arabia. This role entails strategizing and implementing window displays, in-store arrangements, and product showcases that reflect brand identity and seasonal trends. Responsibilities include setting up merchandise to emphasize key collections, analyzing store traffic to optimize product placement, and updating visual elements for promotions and new releases. Collaboration with store management, sales, and customer service teams is crucial to maintaining visual standards and fostering an engaging store ambiance that supports sales growth. The role requires regular assessments of visual impact, monitoring outcomes of merchandising efforts, and refining approaches based on feedback and sales data.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines throughout the stores.
• Curate arrangements of products, outfits, colors, mannequins, and displays consistent with brand identity.
• Design and execute window displays, seasonal refreshes, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts.
• Track availability of merchandise including sizes and colors within sales floor presentations.
• Coordinate with sales and warehousing teams for timely replenishment and inventory management of display areas.
• Organize and maintain the store’s warehouse for easy retrieval of products.
• Maintain records of visual merchandising changes and prepare relevant observations and reports.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel to uphold visual merchandising standards and optimize sales floor utilization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Practical experience in retail, preferably in fashion or apparel sectors.
• Prior roles in visual merchandising or fashion retail environments, ideally with renowned brands.
• Strong command of visual merchandising concepts, styling, and mannequin coordination.
• Keen visual aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Well-developed organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced retail settings and flexible working shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driving license and confidence in driving.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and relocate or travel to Saudi Arabia promptly.
• Effective communicator capable of articulating visual ideas to store teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset to design displays that resonate with shopper behavior.
• Hands-on experience in devising and implementing window and in-store visual layouts.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a focus on color coordination and styling.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Qesm 1st Nasser City and excel in a brisk retail environment.
