About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of deal closures by expertly recovering abandoned carts with personalized messages via SMS, chat, and emails.
- Transform customer inquiries into completed sales, leveraging persuasive product recommendations and upselling tactics to maximize profits.
- Execute targeted outreach communications that steer potential buyers towards immediate purchase decisions to increase client revenue.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to deliver insights aimed at continuously improving global sales conversion rates.

Qualifications
