Videographer - Photographer

Role Overview

Florose is seeking a skilled Videographer and Photographer to artistically capture the essence of its flowers, gifts, and brand moments. This role involves producing high-quality photographic and video materials for a variety of platforms, including social media channels, digital advertising, the company app and website, product catalogues, and marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely with the Head of Visual Production and creative teams, you will bring the brand's premium look to life both on location and in studio settings, ranging from styling individual bouquets to full-scale campaign shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and carry out photo and video shoots encompassing products, promotional campaigns, social media content, and brand storytelling.
• Execute captures in both studio and outdoor locations, expertly managing lighting, framing, and styling to meet high-quality standards.
• Create content tailored for diverse platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and the company’s app and website.
• Conduct initial editing stages including retouching and color grading to ensure all outputs align with Florose's visual guidelines prior to delivery.
• Partner with the Art Director, stylists, and post-production editors to produce harmonious and consistent brand visuals.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of all camera, lighting, and studio equipment.
• Systematically catalog and archive all footage and image files with strict file management practices.
• Stay informed on current content trends, new formats, and innovative shooting methods pertinent to social media and e-commerce industries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in professional photography and videography, preferably specialized in product, food, lifestyle, or e-commerce visual content.
• A compelling portfolio or showreel showcasing both photography and videography expertise.
• Expertise in handling professional cameras, lenses, and various lighting configurations including both studio and natural light scenarios.
• Proficient editing and retouching skills with tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; familiarity with Capture One is an advantage.
• Strong sense of composition, color theory, styling, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple shoots and high volumes of content production.
• Self-driven, dependable, and collaborative demeanor during shoots.

Preferred Skills

• Experience photographing flowers, gifts, food, or luxury items is beneficial.
• Basic skills in motion graphics or short-form video editing.
• Possession of personal equipment and/or experience operating within a studio environment.
