As a Videographer / Filmmaker / Video Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in making the CarVia brand visible across platforms such as YouTube, social media, websites, campaigns, events, and locations. Your focus will be on telling compelling visual stories that combine premium vehicles, lifestyle, travel, and emotions in a modern, bold, and dynamic style.

Your Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and generate innovative video ideas for YouTube, social channels, websites, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.
• Create and establish a distinctive visual language representing CarVia.
• Develop original video formats focusing on vehicles, road trips, locations, customer moments, teams, travel, and the brand.
• Coordinate creative content productions across locations including Munich, Paris, and Mallorca.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and executive teams on campaigns, content ideas, and brand visuals.
• Plan and execute high-quality video shoots emphasizing lighting, perspective, movement, sound, and atmosphere.
• Produce diverse content types such as YouTube series, reels, short-form clips, website videos, and campaign materials.
• Document events, location launches, behind-the-scenes footage, and special projects with full ownership over image quality, storytelling, and production flow.
• Edit video content creatively with attention to dramaturgy, rhythm, visual style, and sound design.
• Deliver content designed to perform well on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Independently select, organize, and enhance filmed footage to create polished final products.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in videography, film production, content creation, advertising films, YouTube, or social media video production.
• Background in film, camera work, directing, editing, or media production from notable institutions such as HFF Munich, Hochschule Macromedia, or Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, or equivalent.
• Strong filming skills with an excellent eye for image composition, lighting, motion, perspective, and aesthetics.
• Creative and rhythmical editing skills, especially for YouTube, social media, and brand-related content.
• Conceptually driven mindset with ability to recognize stories, develop ideas, and maintain a unique creative signature.
• Good understanding of modern brand communications, premium products, lifestyle, travel, and video storytelling.
• Passion for automotive culture including sports cars and luxury vehicles, with the eagerness to present them aesthetically.
• Experience or interest in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, travel, sports, fashion, premium branding, commercial, or social-first content is advantageous.
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious work ethic.
• Willingness to travel to various locations for content production projects.
• Experience with drones, gimbals, automotive shoots, commercials, YouTube series, or documentary storytelling is a benefit.
