About Hyprwork and the Role

Hyprwork is an expanding operator specializing in direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands. This position supports the personal brand of Zainab Mounabbah, the company's Founder and CMO and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, by producing compelling lifestyle and conversational video content with a professional finish.

Key Responsibilities

Operate solo camera setups capturing lifestyle vlogs, daily routines, talking-head, and podcast segments.
Manage the complete post-production pipeline: editing, color correction, audio enhancement, captioning, and adding motion graphics or lower-third text as necessary.
Create final long-form videos and short vertical clips suitable for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaborate on light scripting and content structuring to shape footage, working closely with the founder rather than filming passively.
Organize and maintain equipment and logistics, including rental coordination when needed.
Adapt work pace flexibly to irregular shooting schedules based on the founder's daily availability without requiring fixed routines.
Ensure orderly file management and provide prompt delivery of raw and edited video assets.

Candidate Profile

Residency in Canada, able to film in-person without requiring relocation or visa sponsorship.
Demonstrated hands-on experience operating a camera independently, with skills in framing, lighting, and shooting usable footage without crew support.
Proficient in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Background in editing and shooting lifestyle vlogs, daily routine clips, talking-head videos, or podcast-style materials rather than purely entertainment or brand campaign content.
Comfortable working with a flexible schedule that follows the founder’s day-to-day activities instead of a set production calendar.
Strong understanding of personal brand content elements like pacing, hooks, and authenticity.
Capacity to offer creative input regarding content ideas and structure rather than only shooting or editing footage.
Self-driven and reliable, able to work closely alongside a company founder with minimal supervision.

Additional Desirable Skills

Experience producing and editing content for founders, creators, or notable public figures’ personal brands.
Willingness to consider occasional travel in the future (not required during trial period).
Knowledge of best practices for short-form video platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Familiarity with health, wellness, or DTC-related content creation.
