About the Role

Join Alphacentric Healthcare Private Limited as a Video Editor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, digital campaigns, YouTube channels, and marketing efforts. Emphasizing creativity and technical excellence, this role involves producing both short and long-form videos that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and clips for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook by aligning content with trending topics.
Develop professional, polished long-form videos including corporate films, product showcases, testimonials, interviews, and educational materials.
Enhance videos by incorporating motion graphics, seamless transitions, dynamic text animations, sound effects, subtitles, and precise color grading.
Collaborate intensively with Marketing, Branding, Design, and Content teams to produce impactful campaigns.
Optimize video content based on platform-specific guidelines and viewer preferences to maximize engagement.
Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all video material.
Efficiently manage multiple editing projects, maintaining strict timelines without sacrificing quality.
Stay informed and leverage the latest editing methods, AI-driven editing technologies, and social media trends.

Candidate Profile and Skills

Possess at least 2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably with a demonstrated portfolio reflecting both commercial and creative video projects.
Exhibit strong storytelling skills with a keen understanding of how to engage different audiences.
Display creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering premium video content.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration within a team environment.
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistency in output quality, with the capability to work under deadlines.

Technical Proficiencies

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and basic Adobe Illustrator.
Proficient in DaVinci Resolve for color correction and grading, as well as audio editing and synchronization.
Familiarity with Adobe Audition, Blender or Cinema 4D for motion graphics, CapCut Pro / VN Editor, and AI-based editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and Descript is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of cinematography and lighting principles is preferred.

Additional Advantages

Experience or understanding of healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand content.
Proven record of producing viral social media clips.
Capability to conceptualize videos from scripting phase through to final output.
Possession of foundational camera handling and shooting skills.
Ability to contribute innovative ideas and suggest creative enhancements actively.
