Vice President Operations and Reliability

Job Overview

An executive role based in Newport Beach, CA for a renewable natural gas company requires leadership over enterprise operations, maintenance excellence, reliability engineering, planning and scheduling, field execution, and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of enterprise operations and maintenance excellence.
• Oversee reliability engineering and planning & scheduling teams.
• Drive field execution and continual improvement projects to boost asset performance and efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and optimize financial outcomes throughout operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience in operations.
• At least 5 years managing maintenance, reliability, or operational organizations.
• Proven success leading multi-site operations.
• Track record of improving reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Experience deploying enterprise operational systems and governance frameworks.
• Preferred knowledge in IoT, predictive maintenance, or AI-driven operations.
• Familiarity with managing customer operations & maintenance or service-driven profit and loss models is advantageous.

Additional Information

This leadership position offers an annual salary ranging from $230,000 to $250,000. The role is full-time and located onsite in Newport Beach, CA.
