Vice President of Projects

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Vice President of Projects to join the leadership group. This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates located in Florida, USA. In this senior position, you will shape the strategy, oversee execution, and ensure successful delivery across a global portfolio of projects, while contributing to business growth and stronger operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the long-range direction, governance model, and operating structure for the company’s project portfolio.
• Lead global project delivery end-to-end, with close attention to quality, scope control, and on-time completion.
• Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of project managers and project leads across functions.
• Anticipate project risks early, evaluate their impact, and put mitigation plans in place to protect continuity.
• Serve as a key partner to senior executives, keeping leadership informed on project status, progress, and major milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong background in leading complex, large-scale projects or programs at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a similar discipline; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• Advanced capabilities in leadership, strategic planning, and managing senior stakeholders.
• Highly self-driven with excellent communication skills suited to a fully virtual work setting.
