Vice President Human Resources Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to oversee Human Resources Operations with a primary focus on payroll within the ANZ region. The candidate will be based in Noida and will lead large-scale operational activities, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted processes and managing key stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure efficient, noise-free HR operations with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Manage end-to-end Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) processes, particularly focusing on payroll activities.
• Drive operational transformation initiatives leveraging Gen AI to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop and lead multidisciplinary teams encompassing process and technology functions to manage the complete HRO engagement lifecycle.
• Apply industry standards and market insights to create competitive advantages for the shared services hub.
• Manage a large workforce with experience overseeing more than 800 employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), or an MBA with HR specialization.
• Significant experience (18+ years) in Human Resources operations, especially within outsourced environments and deep knowledge of end-to-end HRO processes.
• Proven experience in project management and successful transition of large client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required.
