Candidate Eligibility

The roles require candidates holding B.Tech or B.E. degrees in disciplines such as Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics and Electrical fields.

Role Details and Responsibilities

Control Manager & Senior Engineer Purchase & Procurement

Located in Dhayari, Pune, candidates must have over 5 years of experience, preferably from the automation industry with exposure to welding technology. These are full-time, permanent roles intended for male candidates.

Executive / Senior Executive Design

• Qualification: Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Salary Range: INR 300,000 to 450,000 per annum
• Expertise in Jig & Fixture Design, GD&T principles, 3-2-1 locating principle, machining processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic fixtures, tool selection, and process planning

Costing Engineer

• Department: Vendor Development / Procurement
• Reports to: Vendor Manager / Purchase Manager
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in costing and estimation
• Qualifications: Engineering graduate
• Responsibilities include analyzing engineering drawings and BOM, estimating manufacturing costs for machined, fabricated, sheet metal, welded, and purchased parts
• Selecting appropriate manufacturing processes
• Calculating costs of materials, machining, fabrication, welding, heat treatment, coatings, and assembly
• Preparing detailed cost sheets and quotations, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices
• Comparing supplier quotations, performing cost analysis
• Supporting procurement and vendor development
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities
• Maintaining cost databases and historical records
• Collaborating with design, production, and purchase departments for cost optimization

Engineer Business Development (Sales & Marketing)

• Qualification: Engineering graduate in electronics, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, etc. MBA in marketing preferred but not mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in business development relating to electronics, electrical, automation sales, or project sales, especially in defense, aerospace, PSU domains
• Location: Pune, Bavdhan
• Employment: Full-time, company payroll, five days a week

Mechanical Designer for SPM and Mechanical Draughtsman

• Experience: 2 to 4 years for Mechanical Designer
• Locations: Pune / Mumbai for Mechanical Designer, Dahisar for Draughtsman
