Verve The Live Agency, a B Corp certified company with offices in Dublin, London, and Amsterdam, is expanding its dedicated beer dispensing team based in Dublin. As part of The Opus Group with teams across Europe, Verve endeavors to deliver outstanding beer experiences through expert service in dispensing and event setups.

We are searching for a motivated Van Driver/Technician passionate about the beer industry and skilled in ensuring flawless beer dispensing systems. The role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and client service responsibilities with a focus on quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission mobile beer dispensing systems, ensuring proper functionality and smooth beer flow, including fitting keg couplers, regulators, beer lines, event equipment, and taps with precision.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, promptly troubleshoot and repair technical issues on-site to minimize client equipment downtime.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by offering expert guidance and ensuring high client satisfaction with dispensing solutions.
• Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and tools efficiently, keeping the company van organized and fully stocked.
• Carry out safe and punctual delivery of equipment and supplies to various customer locations, adhering strictly to schedules.
• Maintain precise digital records of installations, repairs, and inventory management activities.
• Adhere rigorously to quality and safety standards, following industry best practices and company protocols.

Requirements

• Physically capable of heavy lifting and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
• Able to handle loading and unloading of the company van safely.
• Possess a full, clean driver's license and be aged 25 years or older to meet insurance conditions.
• Willing to drive company vehicle as part of daily duties.
