Role Summary

This is an immediate hiring requirement for US IT Recruiters at the Jamshedpur office. The position is based in a new workplace with an energetic environment and focuses on direct client hiring needs. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract suitable IT talent through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Carry out first-round interviews and technical evaluation to judge fit, capability, and alignment with the role.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and suggest effective recruitment approaches.
• Submit shortlisted profiles to clients with clear notes on qualifications and potential value.
• Support offer discussions and compensation negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates to support long-term engagement and repeat hiring.
• Keep up with market trends, salary benchmarks, and new technologies to provide informed guidance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• At least 1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment; the role specifically seeks candidates with 2+ years in US staffing.
• Good understanding of IT job functions, technologies, and current industry trends.
• Strong communication and people-handling skills.
• Comfortable with negotiation and persuasion in hiring conversations.
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to perform well.
• Ability to handle detailed work and manage several tasks at once.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software.
