Treasury Analyst

Role overview

This is a permanent treasury opportunity with an international healthcare services organisation active across pharmaceuticals, medtech and broader healthcare markets. The position sits in Citywest and focuses on treasury operations, banking platform administration, control assurance, audit support and ongoing process enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain banking platforms, including signatory updates and control checks to ensure systems remain accurate and compliant.
• Serve as the main point of contact for treasury systems, offering guidance, support and user training where needed.
• Manage banking limits and assist with wider treasury governance activities.
• Track adherence to Treasury Policy and help improve internal controls across the group.
• Support and lead internal and external audit work connected to treasury systems and control environments.
• Contribute to treasury change initiatives, including implementation and optimisation of a treasury management system.

Experience and skills

• At least 4 years of experience in treasury, finance or banking.
• A third-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related subject.
• A strong focus on systems, controls, governance and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical ability, communication skills and stakeholder management capability.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Citywest Business Park with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days onsite. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.
