Travel Center Porter

Overview

LV Petroleum LLC is hiring dedicated Travel Center Porters to maintain cleanliness and operational functionality at their facilities in Lincoln, AL. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a hospitable and safe environment for customers and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute regular cleaning duties in restrooms, break rooms, and common public areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to uphold hygiene standards.
• Dispose of trash by emptying receptacles and managing waste systems effectively.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and promptly report major repair needs to supervisors.
• Support event and meeting logistics through setup and teardown assistance.
• Maintain adequate stock and organization of cleaning supplies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality work.
• Effective communication skills paired with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
