Role Overview

Joining the Trade Counter team at the Hobart branch, you will assist landscapers, irrigation professionals, and other tradespeople in sourcing necessary products to maintain various outdoor spaces. Additionally, you will engage in tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the branch.

Daily Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service and guiding customers on product information.
• Preparing quotes both face-to-face and through telephone communication.
• Managing order picking, packaging, and stock control processes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the branch.
• Conducting occasional customer deliveries utilizing company vehicles.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with enthusiasm for assisting customers both in-person and over the phone.
• Competency in order picking, upkeep of shop floor displays, and ensuring accuracy of information provided.
• Comfortable using computers with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s license and is flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ambitious to grow professionally either within the local branch, the broader Reece network or corporate headquarters.
