About the Role
The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and managing distribution within their assigned territory for the company's product portfolio. This role includes overseeing customer relations and ensuring market coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage 2-5 years of relevant experience in General Trade and Channel Sales, including ROI analysis and distributor management.
- Consistently meet sales targets through direct market visits and efficient Retail Sales (RS) system management.
- Enhance the company's market competitiveness by improving customer service and engagement.
- Negotiate with RS partners and coach team members to expand business and improve customer handling.
- Closely observe competitor activities and provide timely feedback to branch management to implement countermeasures.
- Regularly monitor the performance of RS representatives and their teams, addressing infrastructure or operational gaps as needed.
- Plan and execute brand promotional activities within allocated budgets in collaboration with superiors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold a full-time graduation degree.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in Channel Sales.
- Strong expertise in ROI calculations and retail sales distribution management.
- Proficient in planning RS appointments and sales strategy formulation.
- Experience in organizing and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Good command over English and the local language is preferred.
