Role Overview

The Territory Manager role involves managing contract administration, order handling, customer coordination, receivables tracking, and related operational follow-ups.   • Work with logistics teams to track shipping paperwork and dispatch information so that deliveries are timely and customers stay informed.
  • Manage commission debit notes for customers and agents, including payment follow-up, provisioning, and record upkeep.
  • Respond to sample requests and complaints by coordinating with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure prompt dispatch and resolution.
  • Monitor receivables and customer credit limits, prepare status reports, and escalate any possible delays or concerns to management for timely action.

Requirements

  • A graduation degree in any discipline is required.
  • Applicants should have 4+ / 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer communication through email, phone, or web-based channels is preferred.
