Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah is for a Tennis Instructor who will conduct private and group lessons for juniors and adults. The role centers on teaching core techniques, match-play concepts, and fitness work suited to each player’s level. The instructor will prepare and run structured training sessions, demonstrate techniques, deliver useful feedback, and track player development over time.

Key Duties

In addition to direct coaching, the instructor will assist in organizing clinics, camps, and internal tennis events. The position requires maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging atmosphere on court. Clear and professional communication with players and their families is an important part of the job, along with handling inquiries, supporting member retention efforts, and working closely with other staff to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Strong background in tennis instruction and playing knowledge, with the ability to coach children, teens, and adults at different ability levels.
• Good interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills for professional interaction with players and families.
• Ability to structure training sessions, build skill progression plans, and give practical performance feedback.
• Coaching certification from a recognized tennis federation or similar body is preferred.
• Prior experience in a club, academy, or sports facility setting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, and handle the physical demands of on-court coaching.
• Commitment to keeping the environment safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone involved.

Work Conditions

This is an on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and may require flexible working hours, especially evenings and weekends.
