Job Description
The Tendering Assistant will be responsible for the comprehensive handling of tender processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Complete preparation of tenders from initiation through submission stages.
- Conduct detailed analysis of incoming bids.
- Record documentation for successful proposals.
- Assess tenders against established evaluation criteria.
- Oversee e-tendering activities using the Gem Portal and other e-procurement systems.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a degree in any of the following fields: B.Sc (any specialization), B.B.A. or B.M.S. in Business Analytics or Marketing, B.C.A. (any specialization), B.Tech or B.E. (any specialization), or B.A. (any specialization).
