Tender Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Tender Specialist who excels at identifying suitable tenders, analyzing complex tender documents, and transforming them into successful project bids. You will manage the entire bidding process, from exploring government portals to submitting comprehensive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Search, monitor, and shortlist tenders from GeM, CPP, and various state-level portals.
• Interpret and understand NITs, RFPs, RFQs expertly.
• Develop precise and thorough technical and commercial bid documents.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, legal, and site teams.
• Ensure full compliance with all tender requirements, leaving no loose ends.
• Oversee the process through submission, clarification stages, and track results until the final decision.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in tendering.
• Prior exposure to Civil, Water Supply, or Urban Infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing documentation, BOQs, eligibility benchmarks, and contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail with dependable follow-through abilities.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi, including writing and comprehension.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage deadlines efficiently.
• A degree in Engineering or Management, or equivalent practical experience.

Location
