Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls to sell products and services while maintaining excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using prescribed scripts to promote products or services.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls from interested buyers seeking to purchase or inquire about products.
• Effectively handle objections and convince customers to finalize purchases.
• Maintain accurate records by updating customer information and call details into the database.
• Achieve and strive to exceed daily and monthly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Persuasive ability to manage objections and close sales.
• Detail-oriented approach to accurately document customer data and call notes.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 9,000 to 15,000 INR.
