Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Prepare price quotations and ensure smooth order coordination.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory documentation.
• Manage billing processes, maintain accounts, and enter payment records.
• Handle tasks related to tender submissions and the GEM portal.
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and dispatch teams.
• Contribute to daily operations and support business development efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Familiarity with Excel and Tally accounting software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and disciplined work ethic.
• Quick learner with a responsible attitude towards work.
• Experience within the electrical or trading sectors is an advantage.

Job Details and Benefits
