About the Company
We are an Educational Consultancy/Institution offering admission services across various courses including Secondary, Senior Secondary, Undergraduate (UG), and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and applicants via phone to inform them about course offerings and admission procedures.
- Provide counseling to students to assist them throughout the admission process.
- Convert admission inquiries into confirmed admissions successfully.
- Maintain a proactive approach suited to a B2C sales platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a female candidate.
- Strong and confident verbal communication skills.
- Able to interact effectively and pleasantly with students and their guardians.
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
