Telesales Executive

Role overview

Shree Govardhan Pharma Private Limited is hiring an energetic, goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to support the growth of its Ayurvedic healthcare business in Jaipur. In this role, you will connect with customers over the phone, explain product value clearly, understand their needs, and turn enquiries into completed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to customers by phone and continue follow-ups on assigned leads.
• Present the benefits of the company’s Ayurvedic healthcare products and respond to customer questions.
• Convert interest and enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Keep customer details and interactions updated accurately in the CRM.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work toward daily as well as monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to support order processing.
• Address customer objections in a calm, professional manner.

Skills needed

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling ability.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and CRM usage.
• Comfort with working against sales targets.
• Positive mindset and self-driven approach.
• Active listening and problem-solving ability.

Eligibility and qualifications

Applicants should have completed at least 12th pass education or be graduates. Both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Hindi is required, and English will be an added advantage.

The role offers a fixed salary along with attractive incentives. Performance-based bonus is also included.
