Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads into confirmed orders, and liaising efficiently with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer questions and inquiries, aiming to convert potential leads into actual sales.
• Maintain effective coordination and communication with clients to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare sales documentation including reports, Management Information System (MIS) updates, and billing related paperwork.
• Assist with lead generation efforts and support client meetings to foster business growth.
• Represent the company at events to explore and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or business development roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tasks is required.
