Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective customers to educate them about the advantages of our authentic Bilona ghee.
• Effectively communicate our dedication to animal welfare and highlight support extended to our network of over 300 gaupalaks (cow protectors).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Accurately document all sales interactions, calls, and subsequent follow-ups within the company's CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, or a relevant local language are essential.
• Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, along with an appreciation for traditional dairy products.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service roles is advantageous.
• A professional demeanor with the ability to represent the GAVYAMART brand with honesty and respect.
