Trustudies is an emerging educational technology startup dedicated to delivering superior tutoring services tailored for students from grades 4 to 10. Their online tutoring focuses on creating personalized and engaging learning experiences to help students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, primarily parents and guardians of children in grades 4 through 10.
• Clearly explain the advantages and features of Trustudies' tutoring services.
• Assess each customer's unique needs and customize sales presentations accordingly.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding tutoring programs, curriculums, instructional methods, and pricing options.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve doubts, and furnish precise details about the services.
• Keep thorough knowledge of current offerings and any updates within the company.
• Aim to achieve or surpass assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all sales contacts and customer data within the CRM system.
• Work in tandem with the marketing department to devise and execute sales campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities in the ed-tech domain and contribute insights based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Engage in continuous learning to upgrade sales techniques and product expertise.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position with work scheduled during standard day shift hours.

Requirements
