Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by the company.
• Communicate clearly and compellingly about tour packages, special offers, and services.
• Identify customer travel needs and qualify leads accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up engagements.
• Follow up with interested customers using phone calls, WhatsApp, or email communication.
• Arrange callbacks or appointments for in-depth discussions when needed.
• Support the sales team by transferring high-potential leads.
• Encourage customers to book travel packages or schedule consultations.
• Update customer data accurately in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
• Keep comprehensive call logs.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of tour itineraries, pricing structures, seasonal promotions, and travel policies.
• Stay informed about visa requirements, travel destinations, and industry trends.
• Respond professionally and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales conversion targets.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range of INR 12,000 to 15,500.
