Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join Fitly Diet Clinic in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves engaging potential clients through calls, understanding their health concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of our wellness programs to encourage enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and consistently follow up with potential leads to nurture interest.
• Comprehend clients' health issues and provide suitable information about our offerings.
• Establish and uphold professional and trustworthy communication with clients.
• Arrange consultation appointments and aim to convert prospects into confirmed participants.
• Update and manage client information and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi are essential; basic English is advantageous.
• A positive mindset combined with strong persuasive abilities to influence client decisions.
• Adept at fostering client relationships and maintaining engagement.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or counseling is preferable but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 20,000 INR. The work location is onsite at our Ludhiana office.
