Job Summary
This role involves performing internal sales activities by reaching out to clients through telephone communications utilizing predictive dialers. The representative will propose suitable solutions that satisfy both customer needs and company policies, while adhering to institutional guidelines and applicable legislation.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- At least two years of academic studies, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of three years experience in sales, specifically telemarketing over the phone.
