Telemarketing Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive specializing in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sales based in Pune. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and a drive to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate potential customer leads.
• Present the company's PEB products and services to prospects effectively.
• Understand customer needs and qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
• Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communications with both leads and existing customers.
• Keep customer records and call details updated using CRM software or Excel.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and facilitate sales conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales roles.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with MS Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Good negotiation and follow-up capabilities.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
