Role Overview

The company is hiring a proactive, customer-oriented support professional with recent experience handling D2C customers. The role involves managing customer conversations through calls, email, and social media, with a strong focus on quick resolution and a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer questions and issues across multiple channels, with about 70% of the work on calls and 30% on emails.
• Respond to customer messages and manage escalation-related email communication.
• Deliver prompt, accurate solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional approach that supports high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams such as operations and logistics to close customer issues.
• Keep clear records of conversations, actions taken, and follow-ups.
• Spot recurring problem areas and raise them to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of recent experience in customer support.
• Mandatory experience working in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
• Strong background in voice support and handling escalations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Work Schedule

The shift timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and the role follows a day-shift schedule. Working days are 5.5 per week, with alternate Saturdays off.

Compensation

The position offers a salary of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year.
