Telecalling Executive - AMC Sales

Job Overview

Zen World is seeking Telecalling Executives to drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales across Kolkata and Pan India. This role involves actively reaching out to prospective customers and promoting AMC benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote AMC offerings
• Clearly explain AMC benefits to prospects and convert leads effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and follow up with interested clients
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Completed at least 10th grade; 12th pass preferred
• Strong communication skills to engage customers
• Familiarity with basic computer usage
• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals
• Preference given to female candidates

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 plus incentives up to ₹4,000.
