Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and carry out necessary repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets quality standards and is completed according to schedule.
• Assist team members across various facilities-related tasks as required.
• Conduct stock inventory checks involving movement of supplies.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold our organizational vision, mission, and values.
• Implement all workplace safety programs and training aligned with workplace safety and health standards.
• Contribute to the assessment and introduction of new products, services, technologies, and processes to maintain competitive advantage and meet evolving customer needs within the hospitality and gaming sectors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of secondary education is preferred.
• At least three years of extensive, hands-on experience within integrated resorts, hotels, conference and exhibition centers, or shopping malls, focusing on customer service, operations support, and the maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of major operational systems, their functions, and potential vulnerabilities.
• Preferred experience in outdoor work environments exposed to factors like fatigue, noise, and dust, with ability to access all property areas including elevated locations.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnight periods, and public holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities along with a detail-oriented approach.
