Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily coating production tasks diligently.
• Review machine schedules and confirm all process inputs are correctly loaded in the respective machines.
• Prepare coating materials for pre-melting and maintain cleanliness of shutters and sidewalls.
• Record process and machine parameters for each coating cycle in checklists.
• Supervise the coating procedures and offer essential support to operators managing other machines.
• Set venting temperatures and extract segments from machines following venting completion.
• Conduct spectral measurements ensuring alignment with specified standards by selecting appropriate templates.
• Assume additional production-related duties as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in optics polishing or thin film production is advantageous.
• Capability to interpret, comprehend, and train others on Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of product quality standards and compliance with system regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills accompanied by a professional attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to work rotating or 12-hour shift schedules.
• Proficiency in general Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
