Role overview

As a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in Digital Consumer, you will coordinate the delivery of software initiatives across multiple functions. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Quality Engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and ship digital products aligned to business goals.

This role involves organizing schedules, managing dependencies, surfacing and reducing risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned across the software development lifecycle. It calls for strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving Agile setting.

Success in this position comes from building trusted relationships, enabling teams to deliver efficiently, and continually improving how programs are run.

Key responsibilities

Steer several cross-functional software initiatives from early planning through final delivery.
Work with Product, Engineering, UX, Quality, and business partners to keep priorities and execution plans in sync.
Create and update integrated plans, milestone trackers, schedules, and delivery timelines.
Spot, follow up on, and reduce risks, issues, assumptions, and inter-team dependencies.
Support Agile ways of working, including release planning, sprint planning, and program reviews where needed.
Track overall progress and share updates, achievements, risks, and decisions with stakeholders.
Suggest process improvements that make delivery more efficient, predictable, and high quality.
Lead release-readiness coordination and support successful product launches.
Collaborate with distributed teams to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Encourage a transparent, cooperative, and accountable team culture.
Make sure programs follow company quality and compliance procedures when relevant.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role supporting software or digital product development.
Hands-on experience with Agile software teams and Agile delivery methods.
Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to juggle several active initiatives at once.
Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Experience bringing together cross-functional teams and supporting collaboration among many stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep execution moving.
Understanding of software development life cycles and digital product delivery.

Preferred qualifications

Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Plans, Confluence, and Product Discovery for Agile program management.
Background supporting SaaS, cloud, mobile app, or digital product development.
Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) and/or PMP certification.
Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, or another regulated environment.
Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.

Pay is determined using factors such as geographic work location, relevant qualifications, experience, and skills. The estimated annual base salary range for this role is USD 143,000 to USD 179,000.
